About Attaher Maïga

Holder of a Master’s degree in foreign language (English), specialized in the management of cultural industries, Attaher occupies the positions of Permanent Secretary, then Administrator (from 2010 to 2020), and Secretary General of the Foundation Festival sur le Niger since June 2020. Since 2018, he coordinates Ségou’ Art – Festival sur le Niger, an international music and art festival. He chairs the Board of Directors of the Maaya Fund, a solidarity fund for artists and cultural actors in Mali since 2021. He is an accredited trainer in Maaya Cultural Entrepreneurship – ECM and is certified as a Maaya Entrepreneur by the great school of Ségou (Institut Kôrè des Arts & Métiers).
