Joao Concha

About João Concha

Architect graduated from Faculdade de Arquitetura da Universidade Técnica de Lisboa (FA-UL), 2004. Visual artist and illustrator. Between 2005 and 2015 he worked in architecture and urbanism projects, including Strategic Documents for Urban Renewal for SRU Ocidental.
In 2022 he concluded a PhD in Architecture of Contemporary Metropolitan Territories (ISCTE-IUL) concerning art festivals and their spatial, social, and economic impacts in Lisbon’s urban context (funded by FCT grant BD/140838/2018).
