About Tiago Mendes

Research assistant (without PhD) at DINAMIA’CET-Iscte. PhD student in Public Policies at ISCTE-IUL. The thesis (funded by an ISCTE Merit Scholarship) focuses on the Portuguese Ministry of Culture and the cultural organizations under its tutelage. Graduated in Cultural Sciences (FLUL, 2014), holds a Master’s degree in Municipal Cultural Practices (FCSH-UNL, 2017). Member of Comunidade Cultura e Arte. Has worked for Imprensa Nacional-Casa da Moeda and as an external collaborator of IPPS-ISCTE.
