
About Tiago Mota Saraiva
Degree in Architecture (FAUTL) and specialization in Architecture, Territory and Memory (FCTUC). He started his work in architecture ateliers in 1995, was a teacher and guest jury in national and international schools, was a leader of the Architects Association and National Treasurer, was part of the National Coordination team of the “Healthy Neighborhoods” program.
He is currently managing partner of ateliermob, director of the service cooperative “Working with the 99%” and of the cooperative of local initiatives “Sou Largo”. He is a member of the editorial board of Le Monde Diplomatique – Portuguese edition and of the General Council of ISCTE-IUL. He is on the board of the European association re:Kreators, leader of Placemaking Europe and consultant of the ICC of the Council of Europe.
Since 2019 he is a guest professor at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon.
